| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the function of value engineering,and purpose of establishing construction scheme,proves the value engineering plays the important role in the optimum process of the construction scheme by combining with projects,and points out the most economical material purchasing scheme and transporting scheme,as well as the most reasonable material storage,by activities of value engineering. |
