多组分共聚酯纤维的碱处理研究

摘    要:研究了多组分共聚酯纤维的碱处理工艺条件:达到最佳碱处理效果的碱浓度,碱处理时间和碱处理温度及十二烷基苄基季胺盐(1277)的浓度等。结果得到未加1277的最佳碱处理条件为:NaOH质量分数为3.0%,浴比1:40,碱处理温度为90℃,时间为60 min;加入1277时,NaOH质量分数为2.0%,浴比和最佳处理温度和时间不变,1277的质量浓度为0.40 g/L。

Abstract:The alkali treatment conditions for multicomponent copolyester fiber were studied. The optimal base concentration, alkali treatment time and temperature and dodecyl benzyl quaternary ammonium salt (1277) concentration were discussed. The alkali treatment conditions in absence of 1277 were optimized as followed: NaOH mass fraction 3.0% , bath ratio 1 : 40, alkali treatment temperature 90℃ and time 60 min. And the NaOH mass fraction was changed to 2. 0% and bath ratio and the treatment temperature and time remained unchanged when the concentration of 1277 was 0.40 g/L.
