改性纳米碳酸钙增韧PVC研究

摘    要:研究了改性纳米碳酸钙对PVC材料结构和性能的影响,主要考察了改性纳米碳酸钙及改性剂用量对PVC力学性能的影响,并对复合材料的结构进行了观察.研究表明,与ACR增韧PVC相比较,改性纳米碳酸钙在大幅度提高PVC材料缺口冲击强度的同时能保持基体的刚性.二者并用则在进一步提高PVC复合材料的缺口冲击强度的同时改善了材料的断裂伸长率;冲击试样断面显示出比较典型的韧性断裂特征,而且改性纳米碳酸钙在PVC基体中的分散良好.

Abstract:The effects of modified nano-CaCO3 and modifier content on the mechanical properties and structure of PVC were studied, and the structure of the composite was also investigated. The results showed that compared with the PVC toughened by ACR, the notched impact strength of the PVC toughened by modified nano-CaCO3 was improved greatly while its modulus was increased simultaneously; and the impact strength, as well as the elongation at break, of the composite was improved greatly with the addition of modified nano-CaCO3 with ACR. The obvious toughness characteristics were observed by SEM. And the good dispersion of modified nano-CaCO3 in PVC matrix was showed by TEM.
