摘    要:本文采用精确分布参数数学模型计算和分析了无并联电抗器的500KV同杆双回线和一侧带并联电抗器的500KV同杆双回线在永久性故障和瞬时性故障时故障线路电压与非故障线路电压之间的相位关系.提出采用故障相电压幅值大小,故障相电压与非故障线路电压之间的相位比较,以及故障相电压谐波大小的综合判据,以区分永久性故障与瞬时性故障,实现有选择的单相自动重合闸.防止重合于故障线路造成对系统和设备的冲击.

Abstract:By precise model of distributed parameters, running condition of a 500kV double circuit line with the non-complete phases is calculated, with or without parallel reactors. The phase relationship of voltages between fault line and no-fault lines is analyzed both under permanent fault condition and instantaneous fault condition. The integrating criterion for distinguishing permanent or instantaneous fault condition is put forward using voltage amplitude of fault-phase, phase relationship of voltages between fault line and no-fault lines, and harmonic of fault phases voltage. By this method, the single-pole reclosing under selected condition can be completed and the impact on the power system and equipments through reclosing on the permanent fault line could be avoided.
