燃料电池发电装置能量管理控制系统设计

摘    要:针对燃料电池动态响应上的不足,该文探讨了燃料电池发电系统中的能量管理控制系统的设计方法。讨论能量管理控制系统的结构和控制器的设计,提出了一种基于电流间接控制的能量管理控制方式。建立了能量管理控制系统的控制模型,重点分析了控制系统中电流控制环路的设计方法。针对能量管理的需求,设计了一套基于状态转移控制能量管理的控制算法用于管理超级电容中的能量。建立了5 kW燃料电池发电系统,通过实验验证了所设计的能量管理控制系统的有效性。

Abstract:Fuel cell is known as a application with slow dynamic response. The energy management design for fuel cell power system is discussed to solve the limitation. The structure and the controller design of the energy management system are discussed. An energy management control system based on indirectly current control is proposed. The system model is obtained based on a practical fuel cell power system. The design process of the energy management control system is presented and the current control loop design is discussed in detail. In addition, an arithmetic scheme based on stage transition diagram is designed to manage the energy storied in the super capacitor. Finally, the experiment results on a 5 kW fuel cell power system with energy management are given to verify the theoretical analysis.
