基于专家系统的电力系统大停电后恢复过程中电压控制方法研究

摘    要:与正常运行方式不同,电力系统大停电后恢复过程中的电压控制需要特别考虑到电网薄弱以及伴随负荷恢复的特点。分析了恢复过程中的电压控制原则,提取了相应的规则,并实现了一个专家系统来求解电压控制方案,最后给出了对IEEE-39节点系统的测试算例。

Abstract:The weakness of power system and load recovery should be specifically taken into account for voltage control during power system restoration after blackout, which is quite different with that in normal condition. In this paper, the principles for voltage control during restoration are detailedly analyzed, rules are picked up and an expert system is then developed to work for the voltage control scheme. Finally a test case is given using IEEE-39 bus system.
