摘    要:根据作者近年来研制充液拉深装备控制系统的经验,对该装备压边压力闭环系统的控制规律进行了从理论到实践的较系统的研究:首先建立了被控对象的数学模型,然后应用频率特性法对系统进行校正分析,从而得出系统的控制规律。在实际装备上应用此控制规律时,根据系统的实际响应,对控制规律进行了调整和改进。实验结果表明,改进后的控制算法简单、实用,而且可取得良好的控制效果。

Abstract:A systematic study is presented on the control method of close loop pressure control system in hydrodynamic deep drawing equipment. Firstly, the model of the controlled object is built up. Then, the controller is designed for pressure close loop system by the method of frequency domain analysis and compensation. The controller is applied in the actual equipment and is improved according to the actual response. It has been proved in the experiment that the improved controller is easy to be realized and will ensure satisfactory pressure control performance.
