疏水缔合水溶性聚合物P(AM/NaAA/DiAC_(14))水溶液的黏度行为

摘    要:采取前加碱二元胶束共聚-共水解法合成了三元疏水缔合水溶性聚合物聚(丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸钠/N,N-双烯丙基十四胺)〔P(AM/NaAA/D iAC14)〕,研究了其水溶液的黏度行为。当x(D iAC14)=0.10%~0.40%时,在30℃、c(NaC l)=1 mo.lL-1水溶液中,P(AM/NaAA/D iAC14)的特性黏数η]、黏均相对分子质量Mη、Huggins常数KH、平均线团密度ρequ分别为18.88~22.22 dL.g-1、9.98×106~12.24×106g.mol-1、0.117~0.299和0.112~0.132 g.dL-1;KH小于0.8,表明其分子内缔合作用较弱。P(AM/NaAA/D iAC14)在矿化度为19 334μg.g-1盐水溶液中的表观黏度随疏水单体摩尔分数的增加而增加,随温度、剪切速率的增加而降低。在NaC、lCaC l2的离子强度分别为1.26×10-3~4.88×10-3mol.kg-1、1.073×10-4~5.28×10-4mol.kg-1的水溶液中,P(AM/NaAA/D iAC14)出现盐增黏现象,疏水单体摩尔分数越大,盐增黏效应越显著。随疏水单体摩尔分数的增加,临界缔合质量浓度(CAC)降低;与后加的十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)〔ρ(SDS)=0~0.07 g.dL-1〕的疏水缔合作用增强,黏度增加的幅度增大。

Abstract:A series of hydrophobically associating water-soluble polymers poly(acrylamide/sodium acrylate/N,N-diallyl-N-tetradecylamine)(P(AM/NaAA/DiAC_14)) were prepared by way of co-hydrolysis with alkali before radical micellar copolymerization.Their solution properties were examined.When x(DiAC_14)=0.1%~0.4%,the intrinsic viscosity valuesη],viscosity average molecular weight of the polymers,Huggins constants K_H and average coil density ρ_equ were respectively 18.88~22.22 dL·g~-1,9.98×10~6~12.24×10~6 g·mol~-1,0.117~0.299 and 0.112~0.132 g·dL~-1 at 30 ℃ and in c(NaCl)=1 mol·L~-1 aqueous solution.It was showed that intramolecular hydrophobically associating interactions in the dilute solution were rather weak because K_H were always less than 0.8.In the 19 334 μg·g~-1 saline solution,apparent viscosity of the polymers decreased with decrease of hydrophobe mole fraction and with increase in temperature and shear rate.It was observed that there appeared viscosity enhancement in the saline solution of P(AM/NaAA/DiAC_14),in which the ionic strength of NaCl and CaCl_2 were 1.26×10~-3~4.88×10~-3 mol·kg~-1 and 1.073×10~-4~5.28×10~-4 mol·kg~-1 respectively.The more hydrophobe mole fraction,the stronger viscosity enhancement effect.With increase of hydrophobe mole fraction,the critical associating mass concentration(CAC)decreased,and the associative interactions between polymers and sodium dodecyl sulfate(ρ(SDS)=0 g·dL~-1~0.07 g·dL~-1) became stronger.
