摘    要:应用浸渍法制备两种载体的Cu-Mn甲醇合成催化剂,考察载体对催化行为的 影响。活性评价结果表明,以SiO_2负载的催化剂选择性比用Al_2O_3负载的好。TPR实验表明,载体SiO_2对Cu-Mn的作用较强。还原后和反应后的XPS-Auger谱分析表明,(2.0Cu+2.0Mn)/SiO_2催化剂表面主要存在着Cu(O),而(2.0Cu+2.0Mn)/Al_2O_3催化剂表面不仅存在着Cu(O),而且存在部分Cu(I)。

Abstract:All catalysts in this paper were prepared by impregnation techniques. The effects of two supports were studied with respect to their catalytic actions. Activity experiments indicated that the selectivity of SiO2 supported catalysts was better than A12O3 supported catalysts. Temperature programmed reduction (TPR) showed that SiO2 had a stronger effect on Cu-Mn. After reduction and reaction,XPS-Auger spectra were analyzed,and it was found that Cu(0) mainly existed in the surface of (2. 0Cu 2. 0Mn)/SiO2catalysts,and that no Cu(0) but some Cu(l) existed in the surface of (2. 0Cu 2. 0Mn)/Al2O3 catalysts.
