Application of phosphine ligands to hydroformylation of olefins

Systematically reviewed is the progress in research of hydroformylation catalysts and their modification in central atoms and ligands. The types of phosphine ligands and their action on the central atoms in catalyst modification are presented together with the methods for calculation of the parameters and the ligands' electronic & stereo effects. Impact of phosphine ligands'electron & stereo effects on the modified catalyst performance during hydroformylation of olefins are investigated in respect of catalyst activity,selectivity,stability,deactivation and reaction kinetics.
