国产HR3C耐热钢的蠕变断裂研究

摘    要:HR3C钢是一种新型的奥氏体耐热钢,主要应用于超临界和超超临界机组的过热器和再热器。本文针对国产HR3C耐热钢,进行了持久强度试验,并通过分析蠕变断口的微观形貌,对其蠕变断裂进行了探讨。采用外推法计算出该钢105 h的持久强度极限为104.98MPa。相应的断口观察显示,HR3C钢的蠕变断裂类型属于沿晶断裂。

Research on Creep Rupture of Domestic HR3C Heat Resistant steel

Abstract:HR3C steel is a new kind of austenite heat resistant steel.It is mainly used in the superheater and reheater of SC and USC.The corresponding fractographs shows mainly intergranular fracture.Standard creep-rupture tests for domestic HR3C heat-resistant steel(HR3C HRS) were conducted at 650 ℃.The threshold strength at 650 ℃ was determined by extrapolation method to be σ650105=104.98 MPa,and this result conforms to be the requirement of ASTM standard of similar international products.
