产业用高性能纤维的理化性能分析

摘    要:纺织纤维鉴别是根据各种纤维特有的物理、化学等性能,采用不同的分析方法对样品进行测试,通过对照标准照片、标准谱图及标准资料来鉴别未知纤维的类别。分析了碳纤维、芳砜纶、芳纶的表面形态、集聚态结构、热性能、结晶结构及化学溶解性能等理化性能,为进一步探讨高性能纤维的定量检测方法提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Textile fibers identification is carried out based on the specific physical,chemical,and other properties of fibers,standard photo,the standard spectrum and standard data in different analysis ways.The physical and chemical properties of carbon fiber,PSA fiber,aramid fiber surface morphology,agglomeration state structure,thermal properties,crystal structure and chemical dissolution performance were studied,so as to provide a theoretical basis for further quantitative method of the high-performance fibers.
