甲烷在担载过渡金属氧化物上转化的初步研究

摘    要:对不同的载体(HZSM-5、Al2O3、SiO2和MgO)担载不同过渡金属氧化物的甲烷非氧化气氛下转化成苯和C2--烃的反应进行了研究,结果发现这些催化剂的反应性能差异很大。载体的酸性越强,甲烷的转化率越高,苯的选择性也越高。HZSM-5担载的第一过渡金属氧化物(从V2O5到ZnO),只有V/HZSM-5和Zn/HZSM-5才有明显的催化活性,而其担载的Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu的相应氧化物几乎没有活性。HZSM-5担载的过渡金属如Re、W、Mo和V等的高价态氧化物都表现出很好的甲烷转化活性。

Abstract:he transformation of methane to benzene and C2-hydrocarbons over transition metal oxides supported on different supports(HZSM-5, Al2O3, SiO2 and MgO) under nonoxidizing conditions has been investigated. Ithas been found that the prepared catalysts exhibit significantly different catalytic performances. The more the acidity of the support,the higher the methane conversion and selectivity to benzene. Among the HZSM-5 supported first row transition metal oxides (fromV2O5 to ZnO ), only V/HZSM-5 and Zn/HZSM-5 possess remarkable catalytic activity, while the corresponding supported oxidesof Cr,Mn,Fe, Co, Ni, and Cu have almost noactivity. Other transition metal oxides withhigh oxidation states, such as oxides of Re,Mo, W and V, supported on HZSM-5 alsoshow excellent activity for methane to benzene.
