| 摘 要： | 介绍了集三项专利技术于一身的新型RSN5-2500(T)/3150(T)栓钉焊杌的主要特点、电路设计和使用情况.焊机采用全控桥整流,单片机控制、液晶显示和储存焊接参数,并具有焊接栓钉自动计数、防止同一栓钉重复焊接、焊机故障自检等功能;配以装有降温装置和油阻尼装置的焊枪,既能进行栓钉焊,又能进行钢筋埋弧螺柱焊和焊条电弧焊.其技术性能已达到了世界先进水平,并在上海101工程的第51层与进口焊机同时间、同地点、同条件下进行栓钉穿透焊,随后又在该工程的第80～101层进行长时间的焊接考核,证明该焊机操作舒适,焊接质量稳定,完全能替代进口产品.该焊机的主机采用积木式结构,通过简单的加、减"功能单元",就可以组合成具有特殊用途的栓钉焊机,如具有防雷击功能的栓钉焊机、能穿透坚硬漆层的保温钉焊机、普及型栓钉焊机等,满足了不少用户的特殊要求.
