玉米淀粉接枝改性糊料及其印花性能

摘    要:以玉米淀粉和氯乙酸为主要原料,制备羧甲基淀粉(CMS),探讨了不同工艺因素对取代度的影响,以及不同取代度对原糊性能的影响。将该糊料用于棉织物活性染料直接印花,并与海藻酸钠作对比。试验结果表明,羧甲基淀粉的取代度大于0.4,其印花性能与海藻酸钠接近,可替代海藻酸钠用作活性染料印花的原糊。

Abstract:The carboxymethyl starch was prepared with corn starch, chloracetic acid and sodium hydrate as main ingredients. Effects of different processing conditions on substitution value which will exert influence on printing properties are discussed. Results in reactive direct printing of cotton fabric with carboxymethyl starch are compared with those of sodium alginate. It is found that the printing properties of carboxylmethyl starch with substitution value above O. 4 is similar to those of sodium alginate, and can act as the thickener in reactive printing.
