谐波函数供油凸轮速度特性的研究

摘    要:摘要本文提出了具有等加速度段的谐波函数供油凸轮的计算准则.采用本方法能够迅速、方便地计算出具有等加速度段的供油凸轮型线;能够有效地控制工作段的加速度波动,改善凸轮机构的动力特性,减小接触应力.通过对常见速度特性的分析,本文建立了供油凸轮的广义速度特性曲线以及相应的控制边界条件,并编制了谐波函数供油凸轮的通用计算程序.本方法同样适用于其它凸轮机构的型线计算.

Abstract:A calculation criterion of harmonic cam with constant acceleration for fuel injection pumps is presented. The cam profiles with constant acceleration section can be conveniently calculated. This method can be used to control the accleration oscillation in the working section and to reduce the contact stresses. Based on the analysis of common velocity characteristics, a generalized velocity charcteristics and related boundary conditions were established for fuel injection pump cams and a computer program was compiled for harmonic ones. Suggested method is also applicable to calculation of other types of cam mechanism.
