固态光源照明技术现状与发展趋势

摘    要:固体光源及其灯具已全面进入照明市场,目前固体光源的品种主要为发光二极管LED、有机发光显示OLED和量子点发光二极管QLED。这些固体光源可在低电压下驱动,能耐各种恶劣环境,具有小型、轻量、电极损耗小、响应速度快、寿命长等特性。主要介绍固体光源LED、OLED和QLED的基本原理结构、技术现状及发展动向,固体光源将成为21世纪节能新光源。

Abstract:Solid light source and its luminaries have full access to the lighting market.At present the solid light source mainly includes the light-emitting diode LED,the organic lighting emitting display(OLED) and the quantum dot light-emitting diode QLED.These solid light sources can be driven under low voltage.They can stand various poor environments and possess the properties of little volume,lightweight,little electrode consumption,fast responding speed,long life and other features.The paper mainly describes the basic principle structure,property and technical progress of the LED,OLED and QLED.The solid light sources will be developed into the new energy-saving light sources in the 21st century.
