光纤测温在三峡左岸电站机组中的应用

摘    要:分析了三峡左岸电站机组电阻温度探测器测温的优缺点,介绍了光纤测温的原理和特点。通过在机组汇流环安装光纤测温装置进行试验,对光纤测温的准确性、稳定性以及系统功能进行了分析。分析结果表明,光纤测温采集准确、稳定性好、满足三峡水电厂在线监测系统要求。通过试验发现了真机安装可能存在的问题,并提出了解决办法,得出了光纤测温满足三峡左岸电站机组测温要求,可以进行真机安装的结论。

Abstract:The advantages and disadvantages of temperature measurement system with resistance temperature detector(RTD) applied to hydropower units in Three-Gorge Left Bank Station are analyzed.The operation principles and characteristics of the fiber temperature measurement system are introduced.The test is carried out by installing fiber temperature measurement devices in the slip-ring of the units.The accuracy,stability and system functions of the fiber temperature measurement system are analyzed.The analysis results show that the fiber temperature measurement system can acquire temperatures accurately and has high stability,which meets requirements of the on-line monitoring system of Three-Gorge Hydropower Plant.True unit installation problems in the future are found through the test and the solution is proposed.The conclusion that the fiber temperature measurement system can meet requirements of Three-Gorge Left Bank Station and can be installed on true units is drawn.
