油茶籽粕中茶皂素的提取工艺研究

摘    要:茶皂素是一种天然非离子表面活性剂,在日化、医药、食品、建材和农药等行业有广泛的应用。以油茶籽粕为原料,乙醇为浸提液,分别研究了料液比、温度、原料粒度、乙醇浓度、pH值、提取时间对茶皂素得率的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,经响应面分析法确定茶皂素提取的最佳工艺,即:料液比1:20、温度81℃、粒度80目、乙醇浓度63%、pH=11、提取时间4 h,茶皂素得率为20.54%,与理论预测值21.12%相比仅差0.58%。由结果可知,该方法简单可行,得率高。
