| 摘 要： | 视频监控系统以其直观、方便、信息内容丰富而成为现代安防系统发展的主流。文章利用相邻帧差法对视频监控图像序列进行运动检测,以确定是否对其进行存储或传输,在保证记录有事件的场景的同时,有效地提高了存储空间的利用率及事后检索的方便性。系统使用实时传输协议来传输监控视频流,确保了监控系统数据传输的实时性要求。

| Abstract: | Video surveillance system is the main trend of modern defence system because of its visibility,convenience and abundant in content.In the article,an algorithm of frame difference is used to analyse moving object in the image sequences to judge whether to record or transmit.So the quality of image storage is reduced while the sensitive scene is recorded.Real-time transport protocol is used in media transmission technology for fulfilling the need of real-time in the video surveillance system. |
