氨磺酸催化合成癸二酸二丁酯的研究

摘    要:研究了以氨磺酸为催化剂,癸二酸和正丁醇为原料合成癸二酸二丁酯,并考察了影响反应的因素。结果表明,醇酸摩尔比为3:1,催化剂为0.5g(癸二酸为0.05mol的情况下),带水剂甲苯为5mL,反应时间1.5h是最适宜的反应条件,酯化率达99.0%。

Abstract:The synthesis of dibutyl sebacate with butyl alcohol and sebacic acid as reactants and amidosulphonic acid as catalyst had been studied.The influent actors of reaction were investigated.The results showed that the appropriate conditions should be:weight of catalyst was 0 5g(weight of sebacic acid if 0.05 mol);molar ratio of butyl alcohol to sebacic acid was 3:1;reaction time was 1 5h;the taking water reagent!(Toluene)was 5 mL.The yield of dibutyl sebacate was about 99 0%.
