摘    要:根据发动机运行时的物理特性,结合现代控制理论建立基于工作循环事件周期采样的离散电控汽油机节气门-转速响应模型,并利用递推算法和I.D.Landau的模型识别方法,对WF4C27F-E型汽油机进行了该模型的实验研究,辨识出模型参数;利用辨识出的模型参数在Matlab/Simulink环境中建立仿真模型,将该仿真模型的阶跃扰动响应情况与真实发动机的实验数据进行比较,验证了此模型的有效性和精度.该发动机节气门-转速响应模型结构具有通用性,适合所有同类型电控汽油机,且模型求解简单,参数辩识方便,因此可以用于实时性要求较高的故障诊断以及控制性能优化.

Abstract:According to the physical principle of engine and the modern control theory, with engine cycle event based periodical sampling, an discrete throttle speed response model of electrical controlled gasoline engine was developed. By applying the recursive algorithm and I. D. Landau's identification method, this model was experimentally studied on the WF4C27F-E gasoline engine and the model parameters were identified. The model was conducted with corresponding identified model parameters in MATLAB/Simulink environment. The disturbance step response of this simulation model was compared with the real engine experimental data. The results showed that this model has efficiency and accuracy. The conclusion is that the engine throttle speed response model is universal and adaptive to the same type of controlled gasoline. In addition, it is easy to obtain the model solution and do parameters identification, which means that the throttle speed response model is very suitable for the on line engine diagnosis and the control performance optimization.
