里程表主动齿轮为典型的薄壁类零件,该零件对齿轮的齿形齿向要求较高,采用芯轴定位,端面压紧的方法滚齿,该方法对工件的同轴度要求较高.针对这样的问题,设计了一种双胀套滚齿夹具,在不用提高零件的加工精度的情况下,提高了滚齿加工的精度,同时又满足生产节拍的要求.
