| Abstract: | Through an auto model of U type support process analysis, a forming and flanging composite die was introduced, and the die in the design process of main points, working principle and manufacturing process were introduced in detail. Practice proves that the die is convenient, applicable, reliable and simple operation, which has very effectively guaranteed the product quality and perfection, and im- proved the production efficiency with certain reference value. |
