截头双圆锥分子屏理论研究

摘    要:从理论上对截头双圆锥分子屏进行研究。推导出了准直性及本底分子数密度的计算公式,并给出一个算例。结果显示截头双圆锥分子屏具有高准直、低本底的独特优点。

Abstract:The truncated double conical wake shield facility has been studied in theory in the paper.The equations of the directivity and the molecular number density were worked out. Mean while an example about numerical calculation was given and the results show that the truncated double concial wake shield facility possess the especial advantages ,high such as directivity and low background.
