斜辊矫直机辊型曲线的一种新算法

摘    要:为了保证矫直质量 ,矫直辊应和管棒材呈线接触。基于此 ,本文从啮合原理的角度推导出了斜辊矫直机的矫直辊的理想型线 (双曲线 )。试验表明 :新算法与传统的包络算法相比 ,理论计算精度等级基本相同 ,但新算法表达方式更简练准确 ,使用新算法加工的矫直辊实际矫直效果更好

Abstract:Cross rolls must be in line in contact with steel tube or bar in straightening process,thus a new algorithm for roll profile curve of straightener with cross rolls,based on joggling principle,has been developed.The deducing result is that ideal roll profile curve is hyperbola.Comparing the new algorithm with the traditional envelope algorithm,the computing precision grade of both algorithm is basically the same,but the new algorithm is more brief and accurate and cross rolls computing with the new algorithm had done well in practice.
