Fluidized bed catalytic combustion

The principles and applications of fluidized bed catalytic combustion are described. The experience and current activities of the Boreskov Institute of Catalysis in the development of fluidized bed catalytic combustion of various fuels and organic wastes are briefly reviewed. Prospects for new applications of this technique are discussed.
