六氟丙烯等离子体处理丝绸和羊毛的研究

摘    要:以六氟丙烯(C3F6)为气氛,对丝绸和羊毛织物进行低温等离子体处理。通过改变处理功率、时间和压力等条件,考察处理后的丝绸和羊毛织物表面的拒水性能。六氟丙烯等离子体处理后,丝绸织物的拒水性能明显增加,羊毛织物的拒水性略有增加。等离子体处理对真丝织物的白度影响不大,羊毛织物有泛黄趋势。两种织物经等离子体处理后断裂强度增大,而折皱回复角有所下降。

Abstract:Silk and wool fabrics were treated with low temperature plasma of hexafluoropropene gas. Water repellency of the treated wool and silk surfaces were examined via altering the power, time and pressure. The results showed that after plasma treatment, the water repellency of silk fabric greatly improved while wool fabric improved slightly; there is little effect on the whiteness of silk while wool fabric had a yellowing tendency; tensile strength of two fabrics increased while recovery angle decreased.
