电炉铁合金除尘灰的研发及应用

摘    要:介绍了硅钡钙(SiBaCa)、硅铝铁(FeSiAI)合金的生产过程。河南奥鑫合金有限公司利用冶炼硅钡钙(Si—BaCa)和硅铝铁(FeSiAl)过程中收集的除尘灰(工业废弃物)研制生产蒸压砖,不仅使废弃物得到综合利用,增加企业经济效益,而且有效地解决了铁合金除尘灰对环境二次污染的难题。

Abstract:The production process of SiBaCa and FeSiAl was introduced in the paper.The autoclaved brick was researched by using the collected ash dust during SiBaCa and FeSiAl smelting.The comprehensive utilization of waste was not only increased the economic efficiency of enterprises,but also effectively solved the problem of secondary ferroalloy polution to the environment.
