炼焦多配弱黏结煤的有效途径

摘    要:分析了目前国内炼焦煤资源现状,以及在炼焦生产中多配弱黏结煤的重要性。详细阐述了目前广泛采用的多配弱黏结煤技术,其中包括配加粘结剂、煤调湿、配型煤、捣固炼焦、包覆粒煤技术。介绍了目前世界上最先进的、弱黏结煤配比达50%的新一代炼焦技术SCOPE21的工艺流程及其在日本新日铁大分厂的工业化应用近况。
