新型磺酸共聚物的合成及其阻垢性能研究

摘    要:利用自由基聚合机理合成了以2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙基磺酸(AMPS)为磺酸单体的新型磺酸盐共聚物,讨论了聚合工艺条件中单体配比、调聚剂种类等对共聚物产品阻碳酸钙垢、磷酸钙垢性能及稳定锌盐性能的影响。实验结果表明,添加了第三种单体的AMPS三元共聚物在阻磷酸钙垢及稳定锌盐性能方面得到明显改善,磷酸钙阻垢率大于92%,稳定锌盐性能大于85%,是一类综合性能优良的水处理用阻垢分散剂,可广泛用于石油化工、电力、冶金、化肥等行业的循环冷却水处理。

Abstract:The sulfonic copolymer containing2-propylene amide-2-methyl propyl sulfonic acid(AMPS)is synthesized by using free radical polymerization mechanism.The affect of the synthesis technique,such as the proportion of monomers and the kind of cotelomers,on its calcium carbonate scale inhibition,calcium phosphate scale inhibition and the stability with zinc salt has been discussed.The experiment results show that the scale performance of tripolymer containing AMPS has been improved obviously by adding the third monomer,especially in controlling calcium phosphate precipitate and stabilizing zinc salt.It is an excellent scale&dispersing inhibitor for water treatment since its calcium phosphate scale inhibition rate is more than92%,and zinc salt stability is great than85%.It can be widely used in the fields of petrochemical industry,power,metallurgy,fertilize,etc.
