摘    要:动力配煤是适合中国国情的一种洁净煤技术,可以降低燃煤电厂二氧化硫的排放,改善电厂的经济效益和燃烧性能。然而煤质参数是不确定的和可变的,电厂优化配煤决策必须处理这些不确定性。因此,建立了一个不确定性电厂优化配煤线性模型,处理以区间参数表征的不确定性。结果表明,可得到稳定和可行的区间解,决策者可根据实际情况,在解区间内调整决策变量值,从而得到多个决策替代方案。

Abstract:Coal blending,a kind of clean coal combustion technology suitable for China,can reduce SO2 emission and improve combustion performance for coal-fired power plants.However,the quality of coal is uncertain and variable,so decisions on coal blending must settle these problems.Therefore,an interval linear programming(ILP) model was constructed for coal blending under uncertainties.The model can directly handle uncertainties presented by interval parameters.Application shows that feasible and stable interval solutions can be obtained and some decision alternatives can be generated by adjusting decision variables within their solution intervals according to actual conditions.
