鞍凌高炉锌平衡及热力学行为分析
摘    要:为掌握鞍凌高炉锌负荷水平和锌在高炉内的循环富集规律,通过入炉原燃料、炉渣、粉尘等系统取样对鞍凌高炉的锌、碱负荷及收支平衡进行了统计,并对锌在高炉内的反应行为进行了热力学分析。结果表明:高炉入炉锌负荷为0.69kg/t,碱负荷为4.66kg/t,锌和碱金属的主要来源都是烧结矿,由烧结矿带入的锌量达到锌负荷的90.7%,带入的碱金属达到碱负荷的61.7%;支出方面锌主要随炉尘排出,碱金属主要随炉渣排出。此外结合热力学分析进一步明确了锌在高炉内的存在形式和循环过程,并提出了锌富集的预防控制措施。


Balance analysis and thermodynamic behavior of zinc in Anling blast furnace

Abstract:To understand the load level and circulation enrichment rule of zinc in BF of Anling, the zinc, alkali load and balance state of BF in Anling were studied by sampling original fuel, slag and dust. The reaction behavior of zinc in blast furnace was analyzed by thermodynamically. The results show that the zinc load is 0. 69kg/t and the alkali load is 4. 66kg/t in blast furnace. The zinc and alkali metal are mainly come from sinter. 90. 7% of zinc load and 61. 7% of alkali load are due to the amount of zinc and alkali metal in sinter separately. Zinc is mainly vented with furnace dust and alkali metal is mainly vented with slag. Further, the existing form and circulation course of zinc in BF are confirmed by thermodynamic analysis, enrichment of zinc in blast furnace is confirmed and correlation is advanced by analyzing the thermodynamic behavior of zinc in blast furnace. The control method to defend zinc load is also brought.
