150mm厚13MnNiMoR钢板的热处理工艺
摘    要:对南阳汉冶特钢生产的150mm厚13MnNiMoR钢板进行了相变点的测定,通过JMatPro软件模拟了该钢种的静态CCT曲线。从静态CCT曲线可以看出,要获得良好的贝氏体组织,需控制冷却速度大于5.0℃/s。对小试样采用不同的正火+水冷+回火工艺进行热处理,观察不同热处理状态下的金相组织,并对小试样性能进行了分析。试验结果表明:在930℃正火,水冷至430~490℃后在680℃回火,性能较好。采用该工艺,对150mm厚13MnNiMoR钢板进行热处理,各项性能指标较好。


Heat treatment process for 13MnNiMoR steel sheet with thickness of 150mm

Abstract:The phase transformation temperatures of 13MnNiMoR steel sheet with thickness of 150mm made by Nanyang Hanye Special Steel Company were determined, and the static CCT curve of the steel was simulated through JMatPro software. It can be seen from the static CCT curve that cooling rate should be greater than 5. 0??/s to obtain good bainite. After different heat treatment processes of normalizing+water cooling+tempering, the microstructures and performance of small samples were observed and analyzed. The results show that after normalizing at 930??+water cooling at 430-490??+tempering at 680??, the performance of the steel is better. The performances of 13MnNiMoR steel sheet with thickness of 150mm made by this heat treatment process are better.
