近熔点挤出等规聚丙烯的微结构与力学性能的关系

摘    要:分别在近熔点附近(167℃)和完全熔融温度(190℃)下挤出制备等规聚丙烯(iPP)片材。拉伸试验结果表明:在167℃挤出的iPP,其屈服强度比在190℃时挤出的提高了15.8%;拉伸强度和杨氏模量均有一定程度的提高。采用二维广角X射线衍射(2D-WAXD)、示差扫描量热法(DSC)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对微结构进行表征,并讨论了微结构与力学性能的关系。

Abstract:The extruded iPP sheet was prepared at near melt point (167℃) and completeiy melted tem- perature (190℃), respectively. The tensile test results showed that the yield strength of iPP which processed at the near melt point(167℃) increased hy 15.8% than that processed at the completely melt temperature (190℃). Tensile strength and Young's modulus had also increased. The microstructure of two iPP sheets were characterized by two-dimensional wide-angle X-ray diffraction (2D-WAXD), differ- ential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the relationship be- tween microstructure and mechanical properties was discussed.
