玻璃-陶瓷保护涂层对钛合金表面润湿性的研究

摘    要:为了减少钛合金在热处理过程中高温氧化所造成的损失,采用耐高温玻璃-陶瓷涂层进行保护,并对涂层的制备进行了介绍。涂层的保护性能 与其在高温下对钛合金表面的润湿性能有密切关系,当涂层加入一些特定氧化物(B2O3,TiO2)时,涂层在热处理过程中对钛合金有很好的润湿作用,能保护其不被氧化。

Abstract:In order to reduce the loss of titanium alloy for high temperature oxidation during heat treatment process, a kind of glass ceramic coating was prepared as oxidation resistance. The coating protection was closely related to its surface wetting characteristics for titanium alloy at high temperature. Titanium alloy could be wetted well by coating containing some oxide (B 2O 3, TiO 2) and prevented from oxidizing during heat treatment process.
