银川体育馆网架的安装

银川市体育馆屋面网架结构采用了工厂散件制作，即在现场地面搭设扣件式钢管脚手架满堂工作平台，在工作平台上以各控制节点为基准，用测量仪器定出下弦球节点中心位置，在该中心位置安装支承下弦球的托架，然后采用高空散装的施工方法，以结构中部为施焊起点，向两端对称节点进行打底焊、填充焊、盖面焊，最大限度地避免了焊接应力导致的构件变形；同时，采取控制原材料质量检验、焊缝表面质量检验及无损探伤等相应的技术措施，从而保证了网架结构的施工质量．

Installation of lattice grid structure in Yinchuan Gymnasium

The steel tubular full scaffold made of scattered pieces and set up on the spot, was adopted at roofing space grid structure of the Yinchuan gymnasium.Central location of bottom chord ball node was made certain with measuring instrument based on every control node on working platform and bracket mount of supporting the bottom chord ball node was fixed on the central location. Furthermore,construction method which bulk members were assembled in high altitude was used. The paper presented that the method symmetrically carried on welding at node from the structure middle node beginning to end in order to avoid welding stress that led to the member deforming, and technological measures, which controlling quality inspection of raw materials and surface quality inspection of welding seam and non destructive testing, were adopted in construction for guaranteeing construction quality of the space grid structure.
