| 摘 要： | 本文回顾了 1980年代以后我国洪涝灾害愈演愈烈的情况 ,提出规划师和建筑师可以在城市和新城区选址、保护和利用城市水体、增大城区蓄水容量、规划设计建筑适洪系统等四个方面为 2 1世纪的城市防洪减灾作出贡献。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews rapidly increasing tendency of flood disasters in China from the 1980s to the end of the 20th Century. And suggests that the planners and architects should make contributions to the urban flood control and mitigation in 21st Century in four aspects: to select towns or new urban areas sites,to protect and utilize urban water system,to increase urban water storage capacity,and to plan and design the building systems suitable to flood environment. |
