| 摘 要： | 运用HYSIM化工过程模拟系统对中型氮肥厂重油气化工序进行了流程模拟，通过气化炉模拟计算的混合模型，对气化炉进行了过程模拟。分析了模拟计算结果，对计算值与实测值进行了比较，结果表明，实测值与计算值吻合较好。对重油气化工序进行了优化，得到各主要工艺参数对气化炉操作的最适宜条件。

| Abstract: | Process analog was made for heavy oil gasification procedure of middle sized nitrogen fertilizer plant using the HYSIM chemical process analog system, process analog is also made for gasifier through the mixed model calculated by gasifier analog. The analog calculation result was analyzed, calculated value was compared with the actually measured value. The result indicates that the actually measured value is in better coincidence with the calculated one. Heavy oil gasification procedure is optimized; the various main process parameters attained thereof are the most suitable conditions for operation of gasifier. |
