摘    要:2-(3-氯吡啶-2-基)-5-羟基吡唑-3-甲酸乙酯是合成氯虫酰胺杀虫剂的一种重要中间体。以2,3-二氯吡啶为原料经肼解、环合两步反应合成2-(3-氯吡啶-2-基)-5-羟基吡唑-3-甲酸乙酯,并对其工艺做了改进和优化,总收率43.1%。其中,3-氯-2-肼基吡啶采用无溶剂法合成,工艺过程简单。

Abstract:Ethyl 2-(3-chloro-2-yl )-5-hydroxy-pyrazole-3-carboxylate is an important intermediate for the synthesis of pesticides chlorantraniliprole. This work described an expedient route and technology for the pyrazole synthesis using 2,3-dichloropyridine as starting material, via hydrazinolysis and cyclization with optimized total yield of 43.1%, and the hydrazinolysis process is simple with solvent-free.
