大豆粕酒精可溶物的成分分离与鉴定

摘    要:使用氯仿/甲醇(2:1)溶液,石油醚,丙酮,正丁醇及醋酸铅沉淀的方法将大豆粕酒精可溶物分离为B1、B2、B3、B4、B5、B66个组分.初步判定B1为甾甙类物质、B2为中性脂肪类物质.红外光谱(IR)分析确定了B6组分为磷脂,高效液相色谱(HPLC)确定B5为大豆低聚糖,其中蔗糖、棉籽糖和水苏糖的含量分别为32.17%,4.27%,17.54%.液质联用(LC-MS)的方法确定B3组分中4种异黄酮和一种大豆皂甙,即金雀异黄甙(genistin),大豆甙(daidzin),丙二酰金雀异黄甙(6"-O-maloyl-genistin),丙二酰大豆甙(6"-O-malonyldaidzin)和大豆皂甙Bb(soy saponin Bb).

Abstract:Alcohol solubles of soybean meal were separated into six components:B_1,B_2,B_3,B_4,B_5 and B_6 by means of fractionation with chloroform,methanol,petroleum ether,acetone,n-butanol and precipitation with lead acetate.Each component was identified by different methods.B_1 and B_2 are elucidated as sterol and neutrol fat because of the different solubilities in different solvents.B_6 is identified as phospholipid by IR and B_5 as oligosaccharides by HPLC,among which the percentage of sucrose,raffinose and starchyose are 32.17%,4.27%,17.54% respectively.Four isoflavones and one soybean saponin are found in B_3 and B_4 by LC-MS.They are daidzin,genistin,6"-O-malonyldaidzin,6"-O-malonylgenistin and soysaponin Bb.
