| 摘 要： | 在一模多腔的注塑模具设计中,合理地设计分流道和浇口的尺寸,保证塑料熔体以相同的成形压力和温度,在同一时间充满型腔一直是设计的重点和难点。以非自然平衡浇注系统为重点,阐述了浇道和冷却系统的优化算法以及如何利用华塑三维模拟成形分析软件进行流动模拟和工艺优化。

| Abstract: | In the design of plastic mold with multicavity, it is the e mphasis and difficulty to get the rational dimensions of gate and runner to ensu re the same molding pressure and temperature and to fill the cavities at the sam e time. An optimization algorithm of runner and how to simulate flow,cooling and optimize process with HSC3DRF are discussed in which emphasis is put on the non natural balaced runner system. |
