摘    要:采用自行设计的柴油机微粒袋式取样系统,对6110型柴油变工况下微粒排放做了研究。在恒转速减扭矩的变工况过程中,随着扭矩变化率的增大微粒排放量逐渐减小。

Abstract:Particulate emissions from an automotive D.I.diesel engine under several constant speeds and uniformly changed torque were experimentally studied by a bag sampling system developed by ourself.Test results showed that brake specific emission of particulates increases along with increase of torque rise rate,and the lower the engine speed is the bigger the effect of torque rise rate on particulate emissions.Effect of torque rise rate on dry soot is weak,increase of purticulate emissions is mainly due to increase of its soluble organic fraction.For operating conditions with uniformly drop of torque,particulate emissions decrease gradually with increase of torque drop rate.
