| Abstract: | Managerial integration is one of the developmental trends of product innovation management and the selection of the managerial integration paradigm affects directly the performance of managerial integration system. Firstly, the concept of the managerial integration paradigm is described and the developmental process of managerial integration, which experienced vertical integration and horizontal integration, is analyzed. Finally, a systematic managerial integration paradigm is introduced. |
