摘    要:空气处理机组风阀控制的传统方法是将新风阀、回风阀、排风阀三者的开度进行开度匹配联动控制。但是在空调系统的实际运行中发现,采用这种控制方法在某些情况下会引起室外新风通过排风阀倒灌进入空调机组中,从而影响室内的空气品质和空调的节能运行。本文研究了这种现象的原因,并提出了一种能避免这种现象的新的风阀控制方法。这种新的风阀控制方法只将回风阀和排风阀进行开度联动控制,在空调运行过程中,新风阀一直处于全开状态。本文最后通过现场实测结果证明了新的风阀控制方法的改进效果。

Abstract:Traditional Air-Handling Unit (AHU) damper control systems were used to moderate the position of the exhaust, recirculation and outdoor dampers. During the actual usage of the air-handling system, the traditional damper control revealed that the outdoor air could enter the AHU through the exhaust air damper. It caves adverse effect on the indoor air quality and the energy saving. The conditions that lead to this phenomenon were examined and a new control system that can help alleviate this problem was presented in this paper. This new control system links only the position of the exhaust and recirculation air dampers. During occupied times, the outdoor air damper is fully open. The effect of the new damper control system is finally approved through a test.
