| Abstract: | Yellow rice wine is the oldest wine in China, but, yellow rice wine industry develop slowly now, Industrialization and modernization of it is also not good. In order to develop our yellow rice wine industry, We should learn the successful experience of beer, grape wine and Japanese sake, from the choice of raw material, scientific research, new products development, yellow rice wine culture research, company cooperation, standardization building and so on. |
