| 摘 要： | 军事院校教育是国民高等院校教育系统的一个子系统，军事院校教育转型必然要依托国民教育基础，并借鉴普通高等院校教育转型的经验做法，同时吸收国外军事教育转型的成功经验，探索有中国特色的军事院校教育转型之路，以促进军事院校教育质量改进，培养面向信息化时代的新型高素质军事人才。

Military college educational transition must rely on the foundation of national education, refer to the experience of ordinary higher college educational transition and foreign military educational transition, explore the educational transition way with Chinese characteristics to promote military college educational quality and train military talents with high quality who face informative times. |
