基于ADAMS的双横臂悬架性能多目标优化研究

摘    要:针对某微型电动车操纵稳定性不佳的问题,基于ADAMS/Car建立了某双横臂前悬架运动学模型并对其进行了仿真分析,利用ADAMS/Insight选取了适当的硬点坐标作为优化变量,以各定位参数变化范围最小为优化目标,采用统一目标法将多目标函数转化为单目标函数,并在ADAMS/View中对前轮定位参数进行了优化.仿真结果表明:该双横臂悬架的运动学性能得到了有效改善.

Abstract:Aimed at the poor vehicle handling performance of an electric vehicle,it builds the kinematic model of a double wishbone front suspension and performs the simulation using ADAMS/Car. Based on the analysis of ADAMS/Insight,it selects the proper hard points to be the optimization variables,sets the changing scope of the alignment parameters as optimization objective and utilizes unitive objective algorithm to convert multi-objective to single-objective.
