摘    要:在深入分析各种闪存及相关文件系统特点的基础上,针对实际系统中对闪存的不同使用需求,采取不同的应用方案:通过启动加载程序直接读/写,通过Linux系统中的文件系统读/写和跳过文件系统通过底层操作函数读/写,获得了较好的性能和较好的可靠性。对生产过程中的程序代码和数据写入实现了一定程度的自动化,对于类似系统有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:The acceptable performance and reliability of the flash memory were achieved with several different schemes on the basis of system requirements and the deep analysis for the features of various flash memories and relevant file-systems. The flash memory is accessed through boot-loaders, file systems in Linux, and by skipping the file system to call the bottom handle functions. Automatic in-system flash memory programming was also implemented, which has a reference value for similar systems.
