摘    要:分析了16MnCr5钢锭高温时的组织转变特点,并测定了其高温力学性能。结果表明,16MnCr5钢锭凝固时包晶转变的不完全,对随后的组织转变规律和力学性能有显著的影响。研究16MnCr5钢锭高温组织转变规律和性能,对探讨钢锭微观裂纹产生机理,以及解决钢锭加工工艺有较大的参考价值。

Abstract:The features of microstructure transformation and mechanical properties at high temperature of 16MnCr5 steel ingot were analyzed in this paper. The results showed that the incomplete transformation during 16MnCr5 steel ingot solidifying had an obvious effect on the following microstructure transformation regularity and the mechanical properties.
